Oktoberfest Giveaway Rules

HOW TO PLAY:  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

Beginning on August 1, 2008 and continuing daily through September 7, 2008 look for specially marked packages of Boulder Sausage that tell you how to enter for a chance to win a Trip for Two to Breckenridge, Colorado for the 2008 Breckenridge Oktoberfest.  You can mail or drop off a 3x5 card including your name, address, and daytime phone to Boulder Sausage, C/O "Breckenridge Vacation Give-A-Way", 513 S. Pierce Ave., Louisville, CO 80027 or visit bouldersausage.com.  Entries must be received at Boulder Sausage by September 7, 2008 by 5:00 pm.  Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries.

RESTRICTIONS:

1. One (1) winner per family, per household.  You may only win once. Must be a resident of Colorado or live within the Boulder Sausage distribution area.  Void where prohibited by law.
2. Prizes.  One (1) Grand Prize that includes two (2) nights lodging at a hotel or condominium in downtown Breckenridge, Colorado, for two people. Two Breckenridge Oktoberfest steins paired with two beer tickets per stein (proof of age will be required in order to receive beer tickets).  Additional Breckenridge souvenirs will be included.
3. The estimated retail value for this Breckenridge Vacation is between $500 and $700 U.S. dollars. Some restriction may apply.  Refer to Boulder Sausage for specific details. 
4. Deadline for entries:  Entries must be received at Boulder Sausage, 513 South Pierce Avenue, Louisville, CO 80027 by 5:00 pm, September 7, 2008. The winners will be drawn from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be held September 8, 2008 at noon.  The winners will be contacted by phone or email.
5. This contest is not open to employees, immediate family members, agents and representatives of GBS Partners, Inc., Boulder Sausage, and the Breckenridge Resort Chamber.
6. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  For a winners’ list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope after September 30, 2007 to Boulder Sausage at the above listed address.  All federal state and/or local rules and regulations apply.  Void where prohibited by law. By participating in this contest, entrants accept and agree to receive promotional material from GBS Partners, Inc. dba Boulder Sausage and the Breckenridge Resort Chamber and entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules. The decisions of the judges are final.  Any disputes regarding the contest or these rules will be resolved by a panel of judges from Boulder Sausage and the Breckenridge Resort Chamber. Their decision shall be final.  GBS Partners, Inc. dba Boulder Sausage has the right to change the rules and will give proper notice regarding rule changes through Boulder Sausage’s website. 
7. No prize substitutions and no exchanges for cash or other prizes.  Grand prize is transferable. Prize has no cash value.
8. Transportation to and from the event is the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. Winners of all prizes associated with this contest will be required to give Breckenridge Resort Chamber their social security number, legal name, present address, phone number and driver license number for tax record keeping purposes.  Winners of all prizes will be required to sign an income tax information release stating the total value of the prize won. Prize winners are solely responsible for all taxes and fees due.
10. Prize winners will be required to waive any and all claims against GBS Partners, Inc. dba Boulder Sausage, Breckenridge Resort Chamber and their immediate families, agents, and representatives for personal injuries or loss which may occur from participation in this contest, receipt of or use of any prize.
11. Prize winners will be required to sign a release form acknowledging that GBS Partners, Inc. dba Boulder Sausage and the Breckenridge Resort Chamber, have the right to broadcast and/or publicize his/her name, likeness, voice and the fact that he/she has won a certain prize and all matter incidental thereto without payment of compensation.
12. The winner has Two (2) days to claim his or her prize or to meet the eligibility requirements of this contest. The un-awarded prize will be awarded to alternative winners selected at random from the remaining eligible entries for this contest. In the event that the two selected prizewinners are unable to accept the prize for any reason, all prizes will revert to GBS Partners, Inc.    
13. Winner will be required to show a legal ID to pick up or collect prizes.
