Sausage & Cheddar Biscuits recipe (Breakfast or Dinner)

Ingredients (for Breakfast)

2 cups Pancake Baking Mix
1 package BOULDER SAUSAGE Ground Breakfast Sausage, cooked
2/3 cup Milk or Substitute
8 oz. Shredded Mild Cheddar
Side of Maple Syrup for dipping

Ingredients (for Dinner)

2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
1 package BOULDER SAUSAGE Ground Breakfast Sausage, cooked
1/3 cup Milk
1/3 cup Sour Cream
10 oz. Shredded Mild Cheddar
2 Tablespoons of Melted Butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease cookie sheet.
  3. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  4. Scoop about a tablespoon of mixture, per biscuit, onto a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake on middle rack in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  6. Gently remove biscuits from cookie sheet and place on a cooling rack or paper towels to cool.

FOR BREAKFAST

7. Dip in syrup and enjoy alone or alongside poached eggs and pancakes!

FOR DINNER

7. Lightly brush melted butter across the tops of the rolls
8. Enjoy as an appetizer or alongside any dish
